    i find that people …
i find that people take me more seriously if my voice and mouth movements are synchronised with each other. a lack of synchronisation just causes unnecessary distraction in a mediation.

    This explains …
This explains mediation to the point. Mediation is AWESOME. Don’t let a judge decide the outcome. Go to Mediation and decide for yourselves.

    Its more than just …
Its more than just attorney fees. People want to avoid the media attention, damages they might have to award, damaging relationships, and legal records that court cases create. Also court cases take much longer to resolve, sometimes lasting years. Overall conflict resolution keeps things “under the rug” while still balanced by hiring a meditiator with good communication skills.
